Seasonal product, available from September to January in limited quantities. Fondant du Rougier is a cheese made from the milk of Lacaune ewes, fed exclusively on grass and hay. This special diet gives the cheese a supple texture and a remarkable wealth of flavours. It is matured for 6 to 8 weeks.
