Unwrapped, on hay. Hand-ladled into the moulds. The Brie de Meaux AOP La Tradition is a Brie made from raw milk. During the ripening process, its white rind turns brown and develops small red spots. This cheese is very aromatic, rich and smooth. One distinguishing feature of the Brie de Meaux is its strong terroir fragrance, paired with a very fruity flavour, a pronounced bouquet and a subtle hazelnut note.
