The combination of a buffalo milk cheese, smooth andncreamy, and a fine layer of a subtle mixture of Italiannsummer truffles and cream. The smooth texture of buffaloncheese perfectly accentuates the delicious flavour of ournAcqualagna truffle. For this recipe, which is the result ofnmonths of study, we have decided to set the quantity ofntruffle at 3.5%. These truffles originate from Acqualagna innthe Marche region. The truffles used are harvested from Junento November at the heart of the Gorge de Furlo naturenreserve in the Apennine forests.
