Creation by our Master Cheesemaker. A camembert made with buffalo milk with a beautiful line of truffles in the middle. The truffles in this cheese are Italian summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt. 2,2 %) from Acqualagna, from the Marche area in Italy. It is ripened for a fortnight and has a creamy texture and a delicate flavour marked by truffles. A delicious and sophisticated combination that will make you melt with pleasure!
