Jurassic Crème à l’ail des ours

Available from March to May.Jurassic Crème à l’ail des ours is an exceptional cheese made according to a traditional recipe passed down through four generations and brought up to date by the master cheesemaker. This hard cheese is made exclusively from milk from the Fribourg region and then delicately matured for 3 months until it reaches perfect maturity. This gives it a lovely, creamy texture. The wild garlic is incorporated directly into the cheese paste lending delicate vegetal, fresh and lightly garlicky notes. Its subtle character blends harmoniously with the cheese’s milky flavours, creating a perfectly balanced whole.
