Jurassic Crème Rosemary and Lemongrass

Seasonal product. Available from June to September.Jurassic Crème Citronnelle & Romarin is made from milk of exceptional quality from the canton of Fribourg. Aged for 3 months, this cheese has a soft, smooth and melting texture. Lemongrass and rosemary are directly incorporated into the cheese paste. The fresh, slightly tangy notes of lemongrass combine harmoniously with the Mediterranean character of rosemary, creating a balanced and surprising taste experience.
