Made from high-quality Swiss milk from the Fribourg region and matured for at least three months, it owes its distinctive colour to carmine, a natural colouring agent that gives it a unique visual identity. When served cold, the supple cheese, with its tangy and slightly acidic flavour, is a delight on the palate and looks stunning on a cheese board. As a raclette, it reveals its full indulgence: a generous melt, a creamy texture and a striking presence on the plate.
