La Crémeuse Barbichette

Crémeuse Barbichette is a goat’s milk cheese with a fresh and very pleasant taste. It is produced using both traditional and artisanal methods: each cheese is ladlemoulded and matured for 10 days in a ripening room. It has a delightfully goaty taste and melt-in-the-mouth texture that remains smooth and creamy under the rind.
