The Tiétar, also called Montenebro del Tietar is a semi-softncheese made from pure goat’s milk. It ripens for 18 days.nWhen ripened for longer periods, its rind is covered by bluento green surface mould. Its fat content varies depending onnthe season and ripening time. Its white paste is dense andnthus shows no openings or holes. The Tiétar is creamy andnmelts in your mouth. It has a tartish scent and taste and itsnspicy note can become quite strong depending on ripeningntime
