Picandou® Cuisine & Création

The Picandou® Cuisine & Création is the famous Picandou® in a 750g or 5kg size. It was created to meet the demand at the deli counter. There are in fact already a great number of fresh cheese preparations with cow or sheep’s milk but very few made with goat’s milk and wiith no artificial preservatives. The Picandou® Cuisine & Création combines really well with plenty of ingredients to make savoury preparations (chilli, tomato, onion, chives, avocado…) and sweet ones (honey, cranberry, coconut, etc.). This beautiful creamy cheese is great for cooking, dairy preparations, sauces, desserts and on open or filled sandwiches or for snacks and dips.
