A unique creation from our Master Cheesemaker Kevin Koch! Raclette 8 Blumen is coated with a mixture of 8 different flowers (cornflower, safflower, grass flower, mallow, marigold, fenugreek, strawberry leaf and rose) from the Appenzell region – it was created by Kévin Koch. During the ripening period, the essence of these flowers is slowly absorbed into the paste, conferring an inimitable, distinctive flavour. The plant-coated rind is also edible. An exceptional, fondant and original raclette that simply must be tried. A delight for the palate!
