In a wooden box. It took over one year development with numerous experiments and tastings to create this Coulommiers filled with Piemont white truffle. The development was led by our cheese master who selected, after numerous visits in Italy to the Piemontese truffle specialist Tartuflange, a very specific truffle variety. The result is sophisticated and perfectly harmonious. The wheels have been specially selected after 5 months maturation. The smooth pâte with a terroir taste combines harmoniously with the filling made with mascarpone, 3% Piemont white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) and Piemont white truffle aromatised oil. A pure delight to share on great occasions or simply to please oneself.
