Unlike conventional Brillat-Savarin cheeses, that are usuallynmade with pasteurised milk and sold fresh, our Brillat-nSavarin is made with raw milk, hand-moulded with a ladlenand ripened for at least 2 weeks. It develops aromas of freshnmilk, crème fraîche and notes of dried fruits.
