Swiss cheese with truffle and poppy flowers. Made traditionally by the Koch cheese dairy, from the Appenzell region’s best raw milk. It has to be made using a special technique, whereby the truffle mixture is infused in the milk. This helps ensure the flavours are spread evenly through the cheese. The rind is covered in a thin layer of perfectly edible poppy flowers. An unusual cheese with an appealing, unique truffle flavour.
