  • 300 g Délice d’Argental
  • 400 g mashed potatoes
  • 400 g shredded duck
  • 2 shallots
  • 15 cl milk
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of fat (duck or other)

Preparation steps
