Land and sea tartine with Brebirousse d’Argental

  • 160 g de Brebirousse d’Argental
  • 200 g de smoked salmon
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 120 g cucumber
  • Rocket leaves
  • 80 g butter
  • 40 g fine herbs mustard
  • 4 slices country-style bread
  • 1 lime
  • Some dill sprigs

Preparation steps

  1. Mix the butter and the fine herbs mustard.
  2. Cut the cucumber into pieces.
  3. Arrange the sandwich by spreading the herb mustard butter first. Arrange the rocket leaves, the smoked salmon, the cucumber pieces, some cherry tomatoes and cheese cubes.
  4. Season the sandwich with lime zest and dill sprigs.
