Toasted marshmallow and Vacherousse d’Argental kebab

Preparation steps

1. Cut the cheese evenly into small pieces.
2. Cut the marshmallows in half.
3. Use a wooden skewer to create kebabs with half a marshmallow, a piece of cheese and another half marshmallow.
4. When you are ready to serve, grill the kebabs above a flame. Don’t leave them for too long or they will melt.
