Hand-ladled into the moulds. Brie de Meaux AOP is one of the most well-known cheeses in the whole world. It is made still traditionally from raw milk and moulded with the ladle for Brie. The cheese ripens at least 4 weeks in humid cellars. During the ripening process its white rind turns brown and develops small red spots. Very aromatic, rich and smooth.
