Creation by our Master Cheesemaker. An exceptional cheese! The perfect combination of white and black gold. Buffalo milk gives the pâte a creamy, delicate texture with an ivory colour. The heart of the cheese conceals a layer of fresh spread cheese, which the cheesemaker has peppered with delicious pieces of premium Italian summer truffle from Acqualagna (Tuber Aestivum Vitt. 2,2 %), a town in the Marche area, at the heart of the Furlo gorge natural reserve famous for its truffle treasures.
