Fromi exclusive. The Double Truffe d’Argentalis an exclusive creation from our master cheesemaker. This original recipe perfectly combines a very fresh cheese, with the subtle strength of a carefully selected black truffle. Two thin slices of truffle (4,2%) are added to the mild and fresh unripened cheese which we use for this creation. The amount of truffle necessary for enhancing the taste of cheese with its intense fragrance, is perfectly measured. The cheese is then refined in our ripening cellars for 2 weeks – the time it takes for the bloom to grow which in turn will enhance the flavour.
