This Reblochon de Savoie is a farmhouse product, madenmorning and evening on the farm in the Haute-Savoie usingntraditional methods. Each production stage is performed bynhand. Once made, the Reblochons cheeses are ripened in ancellar for over 3 weeks on spruce boards. It’s during this lastnstage that they acquire the creamy and supple texture, lightnto saffron yellow rind covered in places with a soft whitendown, and their typical flavour reminiscent of cream andnhazelnut.
