Made from raw milk in a fruitière (cheese dairy) in the hills of Pontarlier, Jurassic L’Original is the most iconic cheese of the Jurassic line. An original recipe with a fermentation culture over whey that produces its characteristic animal notes. In a nod to our past, the label presents a slightly modernised take on the original label used for this cheese when it was first created. It is ripened for 8 months minimum and has a pleasant hazelnut flavour and a creamy paste. Just the right compromise for a cheese that can accompany any meal, from breakfast to dinner.
