Made at the Fruitière du Saugeais in the hills around Morteau, the Grand Cru Jurassic is a hard raw-milk cheese from the Jura region, and available at different levels of ripening. The version ripened for 18-24 months has a darker rind, a firmer yet still smooth paste, and a bold, rustic and animal taste. A perfect cheese for gourmets and lovers of authentic cheeses. Prepacking labels included.
