Fribourg Crème à l’ail des ours is an exceptional cheese made according to an ancestral recipe passed down through four generations and brought up to date by the master cheesemaker. This semi-hard cheese is made exclusively from milk from the Fribourg region and then delicately matured for three months until it reaches perfect maturity. This gives it a beautiful soft texture. Delicately flavoured with wild garlic, this cheese develops a subtle taste, enhanced by fresh, slightly garlicky vegetal notes that are perfectly balanced.
