This artisanal fresh cheese made from cow’s milk is processed using traditional methods:The curd is drained in linen cloths, then cut, sprinkled with summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt., 1%) and rolled by hand to form its characteristic spiral shape. This technique gives it a uniquely creamy texture and a balanced flavor—fresh and delicately truffle-like. Available as a whole roll for the cheese counter or in 100 g format for self-service.
