In a wooden box. Seasonal product. In order to produce thisnMont d’Or AOP La Tradition, our master cheesemaker hasnchosen the expert knowledge of the Mont de Joux dairy innthe Haut-Doubs region. The best cheeses are selected andnmatured with particular care in the cellars. The result ofnthese efforts is a texture that is more supple and a brilliantnwhite rind. The special flavour of Mont d’Or cheese isnmarked by spruce wood, which radiates from the belt thatnsurrounds it and gives it this unique wood taste as well as annote of mushroom and potatoes – all of this in conjunctionnwith the wonderful intensity of the mountain milk.
