P’tit Carré 

Soft cheese made from cow’s milk, produced in France in the Franche-Comté region. The milk comes entirely from local sources, on average within a 40 km radius of the cheese dairy, and is processed no later than 48 hours after collection. The cheese dairy uses only vegetable rennet to curdle the milk. The cheese is wrapped in paper so that it can continue to develop its flavours until it is eaten. Its original square shape is not only visually appealing, but also practical and ideal for cutting. Mild, creamy texture, finesse and melt-in-the-mouth texture. A treat for young and old at any time of day.
