Farmhouse production. Saint-Félicien fermier from the Plantimay farm is a cheese with character, emblematic of the cheesemaking expertise of the Chartreuse Valley. Made on the farm from raw cow’s milk, it expresses all the richness of an authentic cheese, carefully crafted in accordance with tradition. It is distinguished by its beautiful thin, slightly wrinkled rind, enclosing a soft, very melt-in-the-mouth paste depending on the degree of ripeness. When young, the centre remains delicately milky and fresh. With time, the texture becomes creamy, almost runny, and the taste becomes more distinctive. Available unpacked or in a clay pot.
