Sainte Rose Barbichette

Farmhouse production. This fresh cheese made from raw Alpine goat’s milk is crafted at the Alpine dairy in Normandy. The idea for this very original creation came from Vincent Christophe, a master cheesemaker. It has a pretty pyramidal shape, similar to the Saint-Maxime Barbichette. During its production, just the right proportion of rose petals is mixed into the cheese. Visually, this results in a magnificent cheese sprinkled with rose petals whose subtle taste permeates the paste. Tasting it, one can enjoy both the flavor and the texture of the rose petals. A deliciously melting cheese!
