Description

White Stilton PDO cheese is similar to Blue Stilton, but is made without adding Penicillium Roqueforti. The resulting cheese is mild, yet creamy and tart. It’s a wonderful cheese to use for cooking and in salads because it won’t overshadow other ingredients. Like all other Stiltons, it is a United Kingdom PDO which guarantees the cheese’s origin and quality.
