- Preheat the barbecue plancha.
- Butter the 8 slices of bread on one side.
- Cover with thin slices of cheese.
- Put a slice of ham on 4 of the slices and top with another slice of bread.
- Cook on plancha until hot and golden brown.
- When sandwiches are nicely browned and cheese has melted, serve with a well-seasoned salad.
😉 Tip: You could replace the ham in this recipe with some roast, free-range chicken breast or even a slice of smoked salmon.
