Picandou and fried egg on rye

Ingredients

  • 8 Picandou® cheeses
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 24 radishes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Chives
  • Salt, pepper
  • Nutmeg

Preparation steps

  1. Spread bread with Picandou® cheese.
  2. Slice radishes and tomatoes and arrange on top of cheese.
  3. Fry the eggs in a frying pan and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Top each slice of bread with an egg and garnish with chives to serve.
