A creation of our Master Cheesemaker. The Chèvrerousse d’Argental is a the brother of the famous Chèvre d’Argental but with a pretty orange rind. It matures for 2 weeks. The longer it matures, the more supple, creamy and easy to spread it becomes. Its taste develops with the maturation without becoming too strong. It has a fine, mild and very creamy taste.
