Käse mal Anders 2025
Building on the success of the previous edition, we once again hosted our exclusive Käse mal Anders (A fresh take on cheese) event in Cologne, Germany. Our guests had the pleasure of discovering and tasting our new cheese and fine food creations, designed for the autumn season and year-end celebrations.
The event
Coinciding with the Anuga international trade fair, a global reference in the food industry, we held on 5th and 6th October a new edition of Käse mal Anders, exclusively for our professional customers.
A trade show rich in encounters and flavours
This year, several of our suppliers joined us in person to present their products and interact directly with our guests. A major focus was placed on raclettes and mountain cheeses, in collaboration with our Swiss partner dairies : Moléson Signature, Milco, and cheese creator Kevin Koch.

For Moléson Signature, Hugo presented to us :
Dairy Milco
Julia had us taste the Le Fribourg Raclettes presented in multiple flavour profiles: plain, St. Bernard herbs, pink peppercorn… and some creative novelties such as Cocktail Hugo, Chocolate, or Pumpkin Spice Latte – for truly surprising and inspiring tastings.
Kevin Koch
Cheese creator Kevin Koch unveiled his latest creation, the Berrylizz, matured with haskap, mandarin zest and blue poppy seeds – a cheese that shines both cold and melted.
Guests also enjoyed his handcrafted Swiss specialities: Montchic, 8 Blumen, Timberly, Truffalo, Gingerpeppe and the new Raclette Croccanta – premium handmade cheeses blending traditional craftsmanship with modern creativity, offered as Tailor-Made Cheese.
