Prepare for the summer season with our star cheeses: creamy mozzarellas, cheeses for grilling, and other specialties. Practical, delicious, and suited to the desire for freshness and lightness during warm days. - From Il Parco dairy: the only Mozzarella di Bufala PDO produced 100% in Apulia, using top-quality milk (buffalo fed without silage). Cheesemaker Marco cultivates his own natural cultures from the previous day’s whey, giving the mozzarella its creamy, elastic texture and long-lasting flavour with a subtle acidity.
- Burrata from Artigiana dairy, awarded multiple times in international competitions.
