Its composition includes exceptional cheeses from our Signature range: 20-month and 10-month old Gruyère AOP Signature, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP Sanglé Signature and Fleur des Alpes Signature. The lengthy maturing process of some cheeses does confer character and their combination with other less mature cheeses has resulted in an excellent melting capacity, which has rendered the beautifully combined texture very smooth and even creamy, with no unwanted surface oil.
