Xavier David farmhouse Munster AOP is handcrafted by the Fréchard farm in Orbey. It is matured for at least 30 days on wooden boards and with the utmost care by the Fischer cheese dairy, with regular brushing and washing. It is this stage that gives Munster its flavour and colour. It has an attractive orange rind, a soft, creamy texture and powerful yet mild aromas on the palate.
