We present to you our famous Cremoso al Tartufo aged with summer truffle. It has taken years of hard work for us to develop this cheese. We use a gorgonzola that has been aged for 90 days as the base for this creation: extremely creamy, intensely smooth to the point of almost being liquid. Then we leave it for 15 days to infuse in our top- secret truffle mix recipe. Following this infusion and aging, the cheese is covered with fine flakes of dried truffle.
